One System solution for SMB and MCCP (multi-column continuous processes). The SMB System A29000 is the standard configuration of our AZURA Lab SMB. It consists of seven 8-multiposition valves and four AZURA P 4.1S pumps included in four Assistants ASM 2.1L.* The high pressure range and the biocompatibility as well as the flexibility of the multiposition valves make this system the perfect solution for classical SMB chromatography and for multi-column continuous processes.
System solution for high pressure and high temperature separations.
The SMB System A29001 is the standard stainless steel configuration of our AZURA Lab SMB. It consists of seven 8-multiposition valves and four AZURA P 4.1S pumps included in four Assistants ASM 2.1L.* The high pressure and temperature range as well as the flexibility of the multiposition valves make this system the perfect solution for classical SMB chromatography for low and high temperature applications.
System solution for ultra high pressure and high temperature continuous chromatography.
The SMB System A29002 is the only ultra high pressure SMB System on the market. It consists of seven 6-multiposition valves and four AZURA P 4.1S pumps included in four Assistants ASM 2.1L. The high pressure range up to 400 bar allows for the use of column material down to 3 µm. Additionally it is possible to heat the columns up to 60°C.
Sixteen column solution for continuous separation.
The SMB System A29003 is the a stainless steel configuration of the AZURA Lab SMB. It consists of seven 16-multiposition valves and four AZURA P 4.1S pumps included in four Assistants ASM 2.1L. The 16-column configuration allows you to adjust your zone definition during your SMB process very flexible to find the perfect configuration for your separation. This configuration can be very helpful for success with challenging capture SMB processes.
