The CM OPTEK includes the flow cell for both sensors (conductivity and pH) and two different temperature sensors for conductivity and pH. Conductivity and pH are temperature depending parameters.

A novel design of the optics allows for multiple reflection through the flow cell (multi path), resulting in a greater layer thickness.

 

As the optical rotation is proportional to layer thickness, the sensitivity is enhanced.The instrument works at the measurement wavelength optimum at 430 nm. "Zero drift" electronics ensure short warm-up delay and reproducible results.

The new Radioflow Detector LB 513 can be used to detect radiolabelled compounds by flow-through monitoring using HPLC. The Radioflow Detector LB 513 can detect all isotopes, including alpha, beta, and gamma radiation, and is also suitable for PET applications.

Together with an HPLC system from KNAUER, radioactive flow can be continuously monitored and detected.
