Monolithic Chromatography from BIA Separations
CIMmultus™ Purification Screening Kit contains carefully selected CIMmultus™ columns. Intended for fast screening of different chemistries, this introductory kit is offered at a promotional price.
CIM® HiP2 Plasmid Process Pack™ is a ready-to-use, yet optionally adjustable pDNA purification pack, intended to help scientists develop their own pDNA purification process and transfer it to production.
CIMmultus™ is the new and improved line of pre-packed chromatographic monolithic columns distinguished by large flow-through channels, designed for working with large proteins (IgG, IgM, PEGylated proteins), viruses (AAV, adenovirus, lentivirus, influenza, bacteriophages), VLPs and pDNA. Due to their performance properties, CIMmultus™ columns can be used as single-use disposable or multi-use columns. Its housing is made of epoxy thermoset materials and reinforced with carbon fibers, giving the column the same structural strength as stainless steel. CIMmultus™ columns are cGMP compliant.
CIMac™ Analytical Columns combine all the characteristics of CIM monoliths but at analytical scale and are your perfect tool for analysis and control of manufacturing processes, and ideal for process analytical technology (PAT). Designed for fast and reproducible HPLC monitoring and quantitation of proteins, viruses, pDNA, and other large biomolecules, they allow for rapid, high-resolution separations in a matter of minutes.
CIM® line monolithic columns are the first generation of monolithic products and the precursor of the optimized CIMmultus™ line of products. Distinguished by large flow-through channels, CIM® line is available in polypropylene and stainless steel housings and intended for liquid chromatographic purification and concentration of large biomolecules.
CIM® line is currently commercially available, but it will soon be completely replaced by its enhanced successor, the optimized CIMmultus™ line.
Radial Columns from Proxcys Downstream Biosystems
For testing the principles of radial chromatography at an analytical level using 1/16" fittings. The ratio between the inlet and outlet is equal to the mean ratio found in all Proxcys Radial columns, namely 2:1.
A scale-down model of a Pilot or Process HP-RFC column the CRIO-MD radial column as a "slice column" with the same bed height, frit buildup and the same ratio between inlet & outlet opening.
Full radial columns with short bed height and bed volume between 100ml – 2000ml. Ideally suited for small scale demanding experiments and Rapid processing of precious products.
